Introducing a daughter of the new breeding sensation and grand prix dressage stallion Blue Hors Zack. This stunning imported mare brings to us the proven modern dressage lines of Rousseau, Jazz and Florestan. 

Her sire, Blue Hors Zack, was champion of the 2007 KWPN stallion licensing and is now competing at the highest level of the sport against some of his most talented offsprings that are now coming up the rank such as : Zonik,  Sezuan,  Zoom,  Zackarey to name a few. He has 34 licensed sons, so far.

Zigami's dam also produced the immensely talented Zgander currently coming up the ranks in Europe. She carries the proven blood of Florestan who's impact on the dressage breeding world is only increasing lately through his sons: Fidermark and Florencio themselves top producers.

Zigami is bred to the stallion Rotspon for a July 2021 foal.

Rotspon is top quality son of the legendary dressage stallion Rubinstein I. He won his 1998 stallion test and has stood at the Celle State Stud every since. Like his father, Rotspon is a very impressive horse with a great rideability, outstanding movements and a high ability for dressage.

For 20 years now he has produced outstanding foals that are in high demand because of their combination of good looks, good brains and clear talent on the flat. He was awarded the title of Hanoverian sire of the year in 2017 to celebrate his impact on the breeding world.

He flew to Canada numerous time to perform at Spruce Meadow in the Celle stallion quadrille and displayed his amazing gentle and calm temperament in that setting and at the barn where he was admire up close by hundreds of people

Zigami delivered a golden colt by GRP Milky Way in early July 2020.

Marcello, as he was named by his owners, is very much horse in type (rather then pony like) and we expect him to mature well into the horse size.

He looks to be a dilute version of his dam: he is leggy, maybe a bit more compact, narrow and lean. He is light on his feet and has a lot of action.
He is much more relaxed and chill then his dam although who knows how she was as a baby. He is easy to handle, polite, reserved and contemplative. He is social and seeks attention quietly but persistently.

We were surprised but positively impressed by how strong Zigami’s type came through.
